The younger brother of Senkaji Choo, Rorihakucho Chojun has skin as white as silk, is a fine swimmer and is said to have the ability to swim for seven days and seven nights. He is also able to adapt to any situation and is known to be invincible in water. Because of this, he is given the nickname "white fish between the waves". He originally ran a fish wholesale store in Esu and became friends with the exile Soukou who later became the leader of the 108 hereos of the Suikoden. Soukou is captured and the two brothers, Choo and Chojun go to rescue him. Chojun attempts to infiltrate the enemy, Hourou's castle via the aqueduct but is sadly killed by Hourou's men.
